Copyright and Plagiarism Agreement
By purchasing Alchemy of Earth and Skins’ label compliance documents, claims compliance documents and online short course, You hereby agree to abide by and acknowledge this Copyright and Plagiarism Agreement. Entered into this agreement are; Alchemy of Earth and Skin, hereinafter referred to as the “AOEAS,” and the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient.”

1. Definitions
1.1 AOEAS, including its affiliates, representatives, and authorised agents.
​
1.2 Recipient: The individual receiving study materials from AOEAS, including any affiliates or representatives acting on their behalf.
​
1.3 Study Materials: Any written, electronic, audio-visual, or other content provided by AOEAS to the Recipient for educational purposes.
​
2. Copyright Ownership
​
2.1 AOEAS retains full copyright ownership and all associated rights to the study materials provided to the Recipient under this agreement.
​
2.2 The Recipient acknowledges that the study materials are protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaties.
​
3. Permitted Use
​
3.1 The Recipient is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the study materials solely for PERSONAL educational purposes.
​
3.2 The Recipient may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit the study materials beyond the scope of this agreement.
​
4. Prohibition of Plagiarism
​
4.1 The Recipient agrees not to engage in plagiarism or any form of academic dishonesty, which includes but is not limited to representing the work, ideas, or concepts from the study materials as their own or writing any material word-for-word for the Recipients own personal gain.
​
4.2 Proper attribution must be given to AOEAS when referencing or citing any content from the study materials.
5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Recipient shall treat the study materials as confidential and shall not disclose, share, or provide access to the study materials to any third party without the express written consent of AOEAS.
​
6. Termination
​
6.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party breaches any of its terms.
​
7. Remedies for Breach
​
7.1 In the event of a breach of this agreement by the Recipient acknowledges that sharing of all study materials, whether free or paid will result in such consequences:
​
a. legal action taken under international copyright laws
b. legal action taken to regain compensation for damages including but not limited to loss of income and legal fee reimbursement.
​
8. Entire Agreement
​
8.1 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.
​
9. Governing Laws
​
9.1 This agreement is binding on ALL purchases and shall be conclusive evidence for all the covenants and undertakings regarding copyright and plagiarism as agreed between the parties and is governed by international laws.
