We aim to have any formulation completed by 10 weeks, though due to public holidays and shipping delays, this time may slightly vary.

This depends on your country of origin. If you are based in Australia, we do indeed ship samples to trial and test before finalising any documentation. If you are based outside of Australia, samples can be arranged for shipment at an extra cost.

At this point of time no. I will however supply you with 2 manufacturing companies based in Australia that can be contacted once the formulation development is complete to contact when you are ready for product manufacturing.

No. Once our formulation development service has been finalised and completed, all rights to the formulation are automatically transferred to our clients. This means that Alchemy of Earth and Skin cannot sell any of our clients formulations to others.

When it comes to our formulation development service, before commencing, each party is required not only to sign a confidentiality agreement, but also a development agreement.

Unfortunately no. Our products are only available to Australian customers.

Our general turn around time is 3-5 business days. This is excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping times.
