2. Shipping Methods:


– We will either ship your order via Australia Post or Sendle.
– Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.                                                                                                                        

3. Shipping Costs:


– We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $14.00 for all products delivered within Australia.
– Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before the completion of the purchase.

4. Tracking Information:


– Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
– You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Delivery Timeframes:

– Please note, that once an order has been collected by the courier, it is no longer in our hands and you will have to contact the shipping provider for updates.

-If an incorrect address was provided during checkout resulting in a shipped order, the responsibility shifts away from us. Upon the return of the order, you have the option to request a refund (excluding shipping and website fees) or arrange for reshipment at your expense.
