We prioritise understanding our clients’ needs for their target market, ensuring we provide both natural and synthetic ingredients to create high-quality products that exceed their expectations.
We aim to have any formulation completed by 10 weeks, though due to public holidays and shipping delays, this time may slightly vary.
The availability of sample shipments depends on your country of origin. For customers in Australia, we provide sample shipments for trial and testing before finalising any documentation. For those outside Australia, samples can be arranged at an additional cost.
No, once my formulation development service is finalised and completed, my clients will receive an intellectual property transfer agreement. This agreement ensures that Alchemy of Earth and Skin will not sell my clients’ formulations to any other parties.
Before commencing my formulation development service, each party must sign both a confidentiality agreement and a development agreement.
